Rob Riches began his fitness journey after an injury in his teens and was recommended to start lifting weights to build back up his strength.
By 21, he had made his mark on the competition scene in England, spending the next couple of years racking up dozens of bodybuilding shows, all with top 5 finishes.
After relocating in 07’ to LA, taking with him his degree in film production, he quickly established himself as a fitness host, as well as building a production studio.
Rob has continued to dominate, racking up two world championships, and multiple wins across 6 different organizations, and dozens of covers and magazine features including a popular series within Muscle & Fitness, that lead to the joint-publication of his complete nutrition book: Ultra Lean.
Through his workouts and desire to motivate others, Rob built up a strong social media presence, and close to 100 million video views on YouTube (92% male), and as a result, was spending more time both in front and behind the camera, establishing a production studio, which has now evolved to include a full gym, kitchen, podcast room, and photography set up.
